Magno Karl

Magno Karl is a political scientist and director of public policy at Livres. Livres is a solid institution with mature governance, bringing together highly qualified members and contributing to the advancement of liberal public policies. Also, he is a Ph.D. Fellow in Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom. 

During his carer, Karl worked as a Political Coordinator at NOVO na Câmara and was a research intern and assistant at CATO Institute. Also, he was an Executive Director at the Free Order Institute and a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Erfurt.

Magno holds a B.A. in Social sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, an M.A. in Public Policy and Political Economy from Willy Brandt School of Public Policy at the University of Erfurt, and a PH.D. in Political Science and Governance from the University of Erfurt.
